PPL MICRO PELLETING SYSTEM
应用概述: General of applications
本系统是通过将粉体物料与粘合剂混合，制成含水适当的湿材，再将湿材挤压成柱状颗粒后放入球形抛丸
机制成真球度极高的球形颗粒，最后用干燥设备去掉水份，取得我们所需要的球形颗粒。
This system makes proper moisture damp material by mixing powder and binder, then presses the damp material into column-shape granule and is made into high degree ball-shape granule in pelletizer. At last remove the water by drying equipment and the ball-shape granule can be obtained.
槽形混合：Slot mixer
本机是通过机械传动，使搅拌浆旋转，推动物料往复翻动，均匀混合，同时加入粘合剂，制成适合下道工序使用的湿材。
制湿材也可选用GHL高速混合制粒机。粉体物料与粘结剂混合，获得塑性良好的软材。
By machinery transmission, the machine makes stirring oar rotate, drive material turning to-and-fro, after even mixing, add the binder, then made into the required damp material which conforms next process.
We can also choose GHL high speed mixer granulator for wet material. Obtained good elasticity soft material by mixing power material and binder

挤压制粒：Extrude granulator
软材通过挤压制粒机制成条形状颗粒。
通过更换不同规格的筛网，从而获得不同要求的颗粒尺寸。 By use extrude granulator to make soft material into strip granules.
The machine can make different size granules by changing sieve in different standard.
抛圆：Pelletizer
条形湿颗粒置于抛丸机离心式转盘上，物料呈环周绳旋状运动，从而形成真球度极高的球丸。
Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, and it appears circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet.
干燥：Dryer
将球形抛丸机制成的湿丸投入GFG高效沸腾干燥机、FG沸腾干燥机、CT-C热风循环烘箱等干燥设备进行干燥，去掉水份，取得所需的球形颗粒。
Dry the wet pellets in GFG high efficient fluid bed dryer, FG fluid bed dryer, CT-C Heat cycle oven, get rid of the water; get the pellets as we need.
