The requirements for this program are outlined in the UL publication "Printing UL Marks" and the “Agreement with Supplier of Listing Marks, Classification Markings, and Recognized Component Marks”, hereinafter referred to as the L-10 Agreement. To ensure compliance with the program each Authorized Label Supplier’s location will normally receive 4 visits per year by a UL representative, based on compliance with the program. This visit will include an audit of any labels bearing a UL Certification Mark as well as any processes and procedures that show evidence of compliance with the program requirements.
