喷淋装置

管道材料采用镀锌管材，控制阀门采用蜗轮蝶阀，吸水处设底阀。管路中设稳压阀1组，稳压阀前设有压力表、流量计，喷淋管末端设有压力表、流量计。保证设备正常运行。支管排列均匀，保证淋雨段内降雨均匀。

水处理系统

water treatment system

水池开口处设盖板，便于日后正常维修，清理沉淀池内的杂物、泥沙等。设备在运行中循环水会被工件带入的泥沙，油污，零星杂物等污染，影响设备正常工作，严重时会损伤设备，必须进行处理。

本系统按淋雨试验的技术要求为依据进行设计。系统设置自动控制和手动控制功能。操作控制通过控制柜面板上的按钮来实现。

系统自动控制：喷淋系统中各电器部件的逻辑运行由PLC编程控制。喷淋时间通过设置时间开关来实现，可根据需要设定时长（1～480分钟内可调）。
